Thank you for supporting Outlawed RP. By donating, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before making any donation.
1. Nature of Donations
1.1. All donations made to Outlawed RP are voluntary and non-refundable.
1.2. Donations are used solely to support the maintenance, development, and improvement of the server. They do not entitle donors to ownership or control over the server, its staff, or its decisions.
1.3. Donating does not exempt players from following the server's rules and regulations.
2. Benefits of Donation
2.1. Any benefits received as part of a donation may be subject to change at the discretion of the server staff. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove donation perks without prior notice.
2.2. Donation benefits are non-transferable between players and are linked to the donating account only.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. All donations are final and non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Bans or suspensions from the server.
- Technical issues.
- Discontinuation of specific in-game perks.
3.2. Chargebacks or disputes initiated by a donor may result in a permanent ban from Outlawed RP and associated communities.
4. Donator Responsibilities
4.1. Donors must provide accurate information during the donation process. Any misuse, fraud, or attempt to deceive will result in an immediate revocation of donation perks and possible disciplinary action.
4.2. Donating does not provide immunity to server rules. Donors who violate server rules may face the same punishments as non-donors, including loss of donation perks, bans, or suspensions.
5. Right to Modify Services
5.1. Outlawed RP reserves the right to discontinue or modify any aspect of the server, including but not limited to donation benefits and server rules, at any time without notice.
5.2. In the event of server closure, donors will not be entitled to refunds or compensation for unreceived or unused donation perks.
6. Disclaimer
6.1. Outlawed RP and its staff are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues that arise from donations, including but not limited to:
- Loss of in-game perks or items.
- Technical problems preventing access to the server or donation rewards.
6.2. Donation perks may have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for real-world goods or services.

8. Changes to the TOS
